Training

EdFlo provides online training to clients to support the launch of EdFlo.com within the enterprise.

A series of 5 virtually-delivered training sessions are offered as a component of the set up and implementation process. Training is divided into three categories; training to applicants, training to managers/approvers and training human resource professionals and corporate administrators.

The actual number of sessions can be flexed according to population and enrollment levels. Hard copies of the training materials can be provided to those unable to attend the sessions. We also post frequently asked questions (FAQ's) and just in time training materials on the EdFlo site.

To enable users to become familiar with the new application, the tool is opened up for touring (with the application submit functionality disabled) 4 - 5 days prior to the scheduled launch.
